Marty Martinez

Founder, President, CEO

Marty Martinez serves as Founder, President, and CEO of the Hispanic Real Estate Brokers Association (HREBA). Prior to founding the organization, Martinez served the Real Estate industry in various capacities. A licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for more than 30 years, Marty has 16 years of dedicated service on the Board of Directors of local and State Association of Realtors. He has also been recognized with several certifications and awards throughout his real estate career.

Martinez is an approved Texas Real Estate Commission CE instructor. He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), having the ability and connections to help clients in purchasing property internationally, especially in Mexico.

I believe every consumer, Buyer or Seller, should have their own Realtor and they should be from different real estate companies. Thus, they can get “True” client representation.

Susie Ortega-Dalke

Susie Ortega-Dalke is a licensed Life, Health, Property Casualty Agent and Residential Mortgage Loan Originator/Branch Manager. Susie began her career as a real estate agent with Ebby Halliday in December of 2000. During the last 17 years, she has held various positions as a State Farm Agent, Financial Consultant, Mortgage Broker and Short Sale Negotiator.

Susie has received many awards, including the Ebby Halliday Rookie of the year, top life producer for State Farm, and most recently the Financial Executives Research Foundation Award for outstanding academic accomplishments in Accounting and Finance.

Susie graduated with a BBA in Finance from Texas Wesleyan University. She has a passion for building mutually profitable business relationships and plans to continue this in her role as an Insurance Agency and Loan Originator. Susie finds time to volunteer monthly at her church as hospital minister. She currently lives in Arlington, TX with her husband and four children. When she is not working, she enjoys golfing, traveling and reading.

Rosa V. Meza

Raised in Fort Worth, Rosa V. Meza graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Communication Technology. Highly involved in her community, with leadership and passion for helping, she began her career at HESC Higher Serving Corp., where she worked for 14 years as a federal loan-serving representative. An enthusiastic member of HREBA, Meza launched into real estate sales two years ago with Rendon Realty. A supporter of children baseball leagues, she enjoys watching baseball when she is not busy showing her customers what DFW has to offer.

Leticia Gallegos

Community Outreach

Leticia Gallegos moved to Arlington, TX from Harlingen in South Texas in 1984. Since then, she has been committed to the local community. With encouragement from her husband Sal, they started Showcase DFW Realty LLC in 2004. As a licensed Realtor®, Leticia dedicates most of her efforts with first-time home buyers, guiding them along their journey to homeownership. In her free time, Leticia loves to volunteer with local non-profit organizations and her Church. Gratefully blessed with four grandchildren, Leticia and Sal always make time for them.

John Gonzales

John Gonzales is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Town Square Mortgage here locally in DFW. He began his career in mortgage banking with Chase Bank in the summer of 2009. Since then, John has continued to serve our community by helping people achieve their dream of home ownership as a loan officer. John is married to Natalie Gonzales and has a beautiful one and a half year old baby boy, Chandler. John is from a small town out west of the DFW area and shares those small town morals and values where a hand shake and your word goes a long way. He loves to golf, watch any sporting event, and spending time with family. He is currently co-chairing on the Marketing Committee of HREBA.

Stacy E. Marshall

Stacy E. Marshall serves as President of Southeast Fort Worth, Inc. Prior to joining Southeast Fort Worth, Inc., Marshall served as President and CEO of an area chamber of commerce and worked in Business Development and as a Consultant for various nonprofit and for profit organizations.

Stacy, who was born and raised in Mayersville, MS, a small community with a big heart, has been an advocate for community growth his entire career. After completing Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Broadcast Journalism and a Master of Arts in English, all from The University of Mississippi, Stacy moved to Dallas in 1999 and soon became involved in several civic and political activities. Stacy has been widely recognized for his leadership in strategic planning and growing businesses in the community with a grassroots approach.

David Victorio says, “If you want to succeed in any business, you must provide excellent customer service, be knowledgeable about your industry and develop excellent listening skills.” David learned this from my many years of selling, from selling tamales on the streets of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico to his present position of selling his real estate services to customers and representing his clients before city councils, zoning boards and potential buyers and sellers. David is fluent in Spanish, speaking and writing, and continually strives to improve.

Natalia Zaldivar

Natalia has a Bachelor’s in Special Education from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to starting her career as an insurance agency owner, she was a financial and treatment coordinator for an orthodontist for 20 years. During this time she devoted 4 days out of every month volunteering her services in Haiti. After that, she became an insurance adjuster which naturally led her to insurance sales. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and sharing good times with friends and family. She is married to Ernest Gonzalez and they have three children.

Natalia saw amazing growth potential with Goosehead so she proudly sold her former agency and opened a Goosehead Franchise on August 15th, 2014. In 2016 she decided to make the permanent move to Texas.
